Sports Day events for Primary 6 - Hurdles shuttle relay 8 x 100m and 4 x 100m

Dear Primary 6s, I need 16 female and 16 male runners for the hurdles shuttle relay 8 x 100m. Please refer to attached picture. Click on the picture to see an enlarged version.

I also need 4 female and 4 male runners for the 4 x 100m relay.
